During expedition periods (typically 2-3 weeks per month), response times may extend to 48-72 hours as guides operate in areas without reliable connectivity.

Booking Process

All experience bookings are initiated through our inquiry form on the main page. After submission, you'll receive a response within 24 hours (48-72 hours during expedition periods) with:

  • Available dates for your selected experience
  • Detailed preparation requirements
  • Equipment lists and rental options
  • Payment and cancellation policies

Emergency Contact

During active expeditions, we maintain satellite communication for emergencies only. Family members of current participants can request emergency contact protocols upon booking confirmation.

Base Location Access

Our administrative office is located in the Blue Mountains region, approximately 110 kilometers west of Sydney. We do not operate walk-in consultations. All coordination occurs via email following initial inquiry submission.

Pre-trip briefings for multi-day experiences are conducted at designated trailhead locations, not at our office address.
